Please note: Please allow approx. 2 weeks as these are made to order. Choice of cradle colour. Shipping Australia wide only.

2 wheel boat trolley used to move your boat around in the rigging area and into the water.  Includes plastic rim/rubber wheels, composite cradles covered in rubber and a 25mm round aluminium handle. All attached to a mast section as an axle (please note the mast section is a seconds where you may see some imperfections/scratches).

Designed to be user-assembled so it is custom to your boat:

  1. Insert each axle stub into each end until the 2nd nylon spacer is flush with the end of the axle.
  2. Drill a 3/16" hole about 30-40mm in from the end on the underside of the axle (basically the front of the mast section) and attach a rivet.  note: only 1 rivet is needed here as the cradles will add more rivets through to the axle stub.
  3. Lay your boat upside down, sit the cradles on the hull in the approximate spot where the trolley will sit (note the cradles are directional - ie they are shaped to a hull and one side will be lower than the other).
  4. Slide the axle through making sure there is equal distance to both ends of the axle.
  5. Drill through the guide holes on the cradle brackets and attach rivets. You could clamp the two sides of the brackets to the axle before drilling and riveting, but not necessary. Just make sure you attach one side of both cradles first before the other side.
  6. Take the trolley off your boat and lay up the right way on the ground.
  7. Slide the long 25mm round sections of the handle through the axle and attach the 3/16" holding bolts (longer of the 2 sizes).  Making sure the handle bends upwards.
  8. Rotate the handle until you can slide the round end on and attach with the final two 3/16" bolts.
  9. Undo the axle stub bolts and slide the wheels on. Reattach the bolts.
  10. Now it should be complete.  This should have taken about 15-20 minutes.
